4D Implementation Process

Our Implementation Methodology is based on an iterative approach designed to set clear expectations, identify milestones and deliverables and establish a communication protocol that mitigates unwanted conditions. Each phase provides an opportunity for our clients to review and accept prior to initiating the next step. Ours is a collaborative process where a deployment team comprised of Taradigm Certified Consultants work hand-in-hand with our client stakeholders to deliver a system that supports best practices and a well-trained user community. 

Our team of professionals has delivered hundreds of successful deployments for a diverse clientele including public agencies and private organizations; from simple, fast-track implementations to complex, multi-solutions roll-outs, our 20+ years of project controls experience ensures that our client's initiatives achieve the greatest possible return on investment.

Our methodology is comprised of the following components:


The first phase of an implementation that provides your organization with a plan that answers the fundamental question: "What will it take to deliver the solution configured to meet our objectives and a trained user base?"  

A Taradigm consultant will lead a Discovery meeting with your deployment team with a primary objective of gathering your function and process requirements.  Consultant will document and deliver a Statement of Work that may include some or all of the following:

  • Initiative Summary
  • Business Case 


Taradigm consultant documents and (if necessary), develops a diagrammatic depiction of the solution illustrating its completed state. The primary deliverables of this phase are Design documents sufficient to configure the system. Depending on the scope and complexity of the project, the Design deliverables may be included as part of the Discovery deliverables.


Our consultant will configure the solution per approved Design documents.


Our consultant will deliver a configured solution. We will provide administrator and user training utilizing Primavera training manuals and curriculum. Training options include "Power-user," "Standard-user," and "Customized," courses at your or our facilities.


Our consultant will meet with your team to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation and plan for additional phases if necessary. A satisfaction survey will be submitted to our clients in an on-going effort to improve the delivery of our services.

Schedule Development/Updates:

Sometimes it makes sense to outsource schedule development and updating. Our Certified consultants have real-world experience and can help you comply with your client's specification and requirements with efficiency and expertise. Outsource packages include:

  • Payment Requisition Support
  • Schedule Development and Maintenance
  • Schedule Review and Close-out

Staff Augmentation:

Taradigm provides schedule creation and maintenance outsource services. Increasingly, this discipline is provided by non-permanent consultants; this provides cost effective options for organizations that require scheduling expertise, but either cannot find or do not want a permanent addition to their staff.

Report Writing:

Although Primavera's products come with many predefined reports, your organization may have unique or specialized reporting requirements. Taradigm offers custom report writing services to meet your needs.

Investment Analysis:
